Volunteer Position: High School/Jr. High Bible Study
Description of Position (duties):
We want to encourage our teens to go deeper in their faith and find practical life changing applications from the Bible. Our Moline center holds Bible study Monday and Tuesday and are in need of table leaders; volunteers to lead a discussion of the message or a particular Bible passage with a table of teens. The Rock Island center holds Bible study on Tuesday and Thursday and needs four small group facilitators who will build relationships with students and help them go deeper into the Word of God.
Schedule/Time Commitment:
Moline Youth Center : Monday or Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Rock Island Youth Center : Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 - 6:30.
Requirements/Giftedness:
Basic Bible knowledge, ability to carry on conversations with teens about the Bible.
Impact:
Teens will develop a deeper knowledge of the Bible and applications that they will be able to apply to their lives.
