Rates for Renting Camp Summit
Lodging – Night Use
- bed capacity 50 people (use of R.V. sites and tents increase capacity to 100)
- $50 non-refundable user fee per rental
- $18 per person, per night / Minimum of 15 people
- Under 26 guests, does not include use of large meeting room
- Price does not include linens, towels, or food
Lodging – Day Use
- capacity 100 - $150 per day, flat rate
- No use of beds, dormitory, or dormitory bathrooms
- Price does not include linens, towels, or food
Recreational Vehicle Camping
- There are four sites with full hook-ups. These rent at $20 per night. Rental includes access to the lake and recreational facilities, but not access to the lodge.
Wilderness Camping – Night Use
- $6 per person, per night- minimum of 15 people
- Use of outhouse and running water
- Use of lodge and showers not permitted
Cook-Outs & Special Usage
- Decided on an individual basis
Options
- Catering meals - advance notice, deposit, additional fees
- CF staff available for programs at an additional cost
- Low ropes course $7 per person for lodgers/$8 non-lodgers
- Hayrides - $40 per group, per use
Deposits
- Security deposit - $50 (refundable)
- Pre-payment-10% of guaranteed paying guests
- Deposits not refunded if cancelled up to 45 days prior to event
Upper Pavilion Sleeping Room
- The upper pavilion can be rented separately for a flat rate of $35 per night up to 8 people
- Includes bunkroom, electricity, water, outhouse, bathroom/shower, use of lake
- Does not include access to the lodge (except lower level bathroom).
